1. Ledger Account Connection
Connecting software non-custodial wallets constitutes immediate acceptance of our terms. Registrants represent that they hold full, uncompromised control of their wallet addresses and security parameters.
2. Creative Property Rights
Creators represent that all artwork uploaded, minted, or configured inside our split protocol does not violate any copyright registries or global copyright structures.
3. Platform Commissions & Gas
Transactions, including bidded items or absolute purchase execution, require system-wide protocol fees. Gas fees are calculated dynamically based on real-world decentralized ledger load and are non-refundable.
4. Absolute Liability Exclusions
PLAY NFT is a decentralized routing explorer and software sandbox. We hold absolute exclusion of liability concerning bugs, un-authorized wallet hacks, network failures, or changes in ledger valuation parameters.
