1. On-Chain Immutability Principle

Due to the native, irreversible operational design of decentralized public blockchains, all transactions executed on PLAY NFT—including bids, complete buyouts, or active listing deployments—are immediately final and absolutely immutable.

We cannot undo, reverse, recall, or override any completed crypto-payment transfers or contract mints. Collectors must double-check listing variables and contract strings before signing.

2. Gas & Network Commission Exclusions

Gas overheads are collected directly by network system check-points to register blocks. Gas charges are always non-refundable, regardless of technical transaction completion status.

3. Escrow Disputes Management

In rare events where on-chain listings violate direct intellectual property rights or DMCA catalogs, please submit a claim packet to our DMCA operators immediately. If confirmed, the offending listing item is deleted from search indexes promptly.
